How do I schedule after purchasing?
After checkout, you’ll be directed to a form where you’ll submit your availability. I personally review all requests and confirm your session.
Do you use an automated calendar?
No. I work around a very full training schedule, so sessions are confirmed manually to ensure quality and availability.
How soon will I hear back?
Scheduling confirmations are typically sent within 1–2 business days.
What if my dog gets distracted?
Totally normal! I coach you through real-life situations—not perfect ones.
What is your reschedule policy?
Communication is my best policy! I require at least 12 hours notice for rescheduling or you may forfeit your session.
